Easy, comforting, and so fast to make. Packed with flavor, and super nutritious. Serve it with flat bread, or your favorite rice.


 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pound ground lamb
  • 1 Medium onion diced
  • 4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14 Oz) can dices tomatoes
  • 2 Cups tomato sauce
  • 1 red or green bell pepper
  • 1 hot jalapeño
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 Teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Cube chicken bouillon, crushed

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Stir fry your garlic, onion, peppers, and lamb for about nine minutes then add in: cayenne, black beans, bouillon, tomato sauce, cumin, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cocoa powder
    • Let the mix simmer for 25 minutes.
    • Enjoy topped with your favorite greens and side.
