Rosemary turns regular lamb into something extra special and fancy!

Serving Size: 14

Preparation Time: 2 hours


  • 1 Leg of Lamb Bone In, fat trimmed ( 5-6 Pounds)
  • Salt and papper to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh rosemary, snipped
  • 10 Cloves garlic slivered
  • 1 Cup water


    Preheat your oven 375 Degrees F.

    Make shallow slices on the lamb. In the bowl, mix salt, pepper and rosemary.

    Sprinkle all sides of the lamb with rosemary mixture.

    Insert slivers of garlic into the slits you made.

    Add water to the bottom of the roasting pan.

    Place the lamb on the pan, roast for 2 hours.

    Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
